Denys Monastyrskyy, minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, has said that Ukrainian police found 1,077 bodies in Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Kherson oblasts.
In addition, law enforcement officers discovered 27 torture chambers set up by Russian troops, UkrInform reported.
