The French agribusiness Danone said in a statement Friday it planned to transfer control of its essential dairy and plant-based business in Russia, retaining only its infant nutrition branch.
Danone's Russian dairy unit brought it 5% of net sales in the first nine months of 2022. The company did not nor disclose to whom the business would be transferred.
