In the past 24 hours, Russian troops launched five missile attacks on Kharkiv, presumably with S-300 missiles, damaging a critical infrastructure facility and production facilities, Oblast Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov said.
In the Kharkiv oblast, Russia struck the Kharkiv, Izium, Chuhuyiv, Bogodukhiv districts.
Eight Victims are hospitalized with explosive and shrapnel wounds, one of them is a 2-year old child.
