The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine applied sanctions to 606 Russians from the leadership of the Russian Federation.
According to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 28 members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, 154 members of the Federation Council of Russia and 424 MPs of the State Duma of the Russian Federation have been sanctioned.
Ukraine's president blames all of them for Russia's war against Ukraine.
