The owners of the Pakruojis Manor -- the largest manor preserved in the Baltic States & popular tourist attraction in Lithuania -- have decided to refuse entry to tourists from Russia.
Lithuania, along with other Baltic States and Finland, joined the list of countries asking the EU to stop issuing visas to Russians.
