Ukraine's Air Force stated this on 8 August. The "cutting edge" X47-M missiles are mostly launched by MiG-31, but can also be deployed from Tu-22M3 & Tu-160 bombers. Only several dozen have been made since they entered service in 2018.
Ukraine's Air defense does not have capability to shoot down such fast-moving targets.
