Chernivetska is the only Ukrainian Oblast that hasn't been attacked by missiles since Russia started a full-scale invasion - Ministry of Internal Affairs

"If we talk about the regions that suffer the most from Russian shells, it is Donetsk, which was shelled more than 3,000 times, Luhansk - 4,000 times, Mykolayivska was shelled 700 times," Yevhen Yenin, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs said.
