No grounds to resume negotiations with Russia yet, Ukrainian negotiator and advisor to head of Presidential Office Mykhailo Podoliak said.
"They live in another world. The illusory world of a great country. In fact, Russia is not a great country but small country. It has only nuclear weapons, a lot of conventional weapons and fossil fuels," he added.
