Moreover, the terrorists are deliberately firing at towns and villages where there are no ATO positions. For instance at 8:25 am and 3:10 pm the terrorists shelled Donetsk with mortars.

"However, members of the Security Council all know what is involved in these "humanitarian convoys." Of course, the text in the Russian variant will not pass," noted the journalist.
