According to him, bank institutions which could not manage to move out of the occuppied territory the full amount of cash held there, ruined them by a special paint which cannot be cleaned off. “Regardless of this, the terrorists started to use the stolen tinted money for their own purposes as well as to settle their accounts with the residents. Stealing and using the stolen as one’s own property is a typical method of acting among the Russian terrorist groups, added Turchynov. “We warn the inhabitants, that no Ukrainian bank institution will accept tinted stolen money. All who will try to use this money, stolen by the terrorists, will be apprehended and detained as participants of the crime of robbery,”stated RNBO Secretary. February 23: UN peacekeeping mission to Ukraine is possible – said German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier

Le 23 février – "Au cours des dernières 24 heures, deux soldats ukrainiens ont été tués dans la zone d'opération anti-terroriste, dix autres sont blessés." a déclaré le colonel Valentyn Feditchev.

February 8 – Number of victims of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine could have reached 50 thousand people – data stated by the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (FAS), while referring to German secret service. Thus almost 10 times more people could have died in combat compared to official data.

February 8 – A pro-Ukrainian rally was held in Mariupol today instead of the announced protest planned by the separatists against mobilization, informed the Advisor to Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko.

This was stated by the Head of VTB bank, Andriy Kostin, according to TACC. He stated that the sanctions geared against RF, are proof of the economic war against Moscow.
