In Moscow an army enlistment office for recruiting terrorists for the war in the Donbas has opened

As the USA embassy in Ukraine has reported, an army enlistment office of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” (DNR) has been opened in Moscow. The permission for recruiting the militants was granted by Russia’s official authorities.

“In Russia, the efforts of recruiting more and more militants are increasing. For example, now separatists are searching for volunteers with heavy armament handling experience, such as tanks and AA defense crafts. Russia allowed the DNR functionaries to open a recruiting bureau in Moscow,” the USA embassy’s report mentioned.
