Le 10 mars – Pendant la “trêve”, les forces militaires russes et les collaborateurs pro-russes ont réussi à créer des “groupes tactiques de choc” dans les régions suivantes: le Nord – en direction de Donetsk, la zone côtière – en direction de Marioupol, Louhansk – en direction du nord de la région. En fait, ils ont réussi à créer une armée à partir de groupes criminels disparates. Le 10 mars – Les analystes américains du Bureau Strafor estiment que la Russie peut continuer à soutenir les terroristes du Donbas et occuper toute la rive gauche de l’Ukraine. Le 10 mars – “Le Tribunal international de La Haye pourrait etudier “la question de la Crimée”, alors que toutes les différences entre la Russie et l’UE devraient être traitées en vertu du droit international.” – déclaration du ministre des Affaires étrangères d’Espagne, Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo lors d’une conférence de presse après sa rencontre avec le ministre des Affaires étrangères de la Federation de Russie, Sergueï Lavrov. This was stated by the head of Gasprom, Oleksiy Miller during the first visit to Russia of the new Vice-Chairman of the Eurocommission on Energy, Marosha Shefhovych chovych. Miller related to Shefchovych the new position under consideration by the Russian side: the Ukrainian transit route will be transferred to Turkey and Europe should hurry to build appropritae gas transportable pipes in order to receive this gas in a new location which will be the point of release and delivery of the gas on the border of Turkey and Greece. Miller again affirmed that the project "Southern Stream" is closed. "The Gas flow Turkish Stream is the only route through which one can deliver 63 million cubic meters of Russian gas which are untill now still being transited through Ukraine. There are no other possibilities. Our European partners are informed about this and now their task is to create a necessary gas-transportation infrastructure from the border of Turkey and Greece," he stated.

    Shefrovych in his turn stated that the decision of Gasprom evokes a reaction of surprise on the part of the ound outEurocommission: "Today we discovered that that gas which is transported through Ukraine – that amount will re-directed through a new pipe system. This concerns relatively large quantities of gas, which, certainly, are not needed neither in Turkey, nor in countries of South-Easter Europe," he told the journalists.

    З одного боку бачимо явну чи латентну консолідацію Континенту (Світового острова). Росія зайняла гостро опозиційну диспозицію щодо США+. Китай – у вичікуючій диспозиції. Ряд країн ЄС, які традиційно тяжіли до Континенту (Німеччина, Австрія, Франція – див. Т.Возняк: Проблема німецького вибору у російсько-українській війні) є у двозначній диспозиції. Вони тісно пов'язані/нейтралізовані Світовими океанами. Однак у випадку Німеччини так само тісно пов'язані/напівнейтралізовані Росією. Але щодень то більше пов'язані/напівнейтралізовані Китаєм, де у ФРН маса проектів та планів. Окрім того, на всі ці пов'язаності/напівнейтралізації накладається ще й шлейф традиційного континентального політичного мислення та позиціонування.

    З іншого боку бачимо, як у формальний і не формальний спосіб консолідувалася традиційно антиконтинентальна англосаксонська ліга у складі США, Канади, Австралії, Нової Зеландії, Великої Британії.

    І, ще раз повторимося, в точності з передбаченням Маккіндера до антиконтинентальної ліги долучився колишній центральноєвропейський "санітарний коридор", який тільки змінює свою назву (Міжмор'я, УЛБ, ГУАМ, Вишеградська четвірка). Однак від зміни назви його "санітарна", "ізолююча" функція не змінюється.

    Сьогодні у склад віртуального неформалізованого Міжмор'я ситуативно входять Польща, Україна, Литва, Латвія, Естонія, Румунія, Молдова. В принципі, там є місце і на Білорусь та Грузію. І деякі кроки Білорусі Лукашенка підтверджують, що і вона у непрямий спосіб майже непомітно, проте дрейфує, наскільки може, у тому ж напрямку.
