Ukraine’s Security Council to appeal to UN on introducing peacekeeping forces

Peace to Ukraine, War in the Donbas

Ukraine’s National Security and Defense council (NSDC) decided to appeal to the UN requesting to introduce peacekeepers into the conflict zone in Donbas. The NSDC secretary Oleksandr Turchynov announced about this decision at a briefing, UNN reports. “We have approved the decision to appeal to the UN and EU on deploying a peacekeeping mission to support peace and security,” he said.

Turchynov mentioned that the Foreign Ministry had already prepared the appropriate appeal and expressed hope that the Parliament would support it. He stressed that the introduction of peacekeepers would “fix and localize disorders (in the ceasefire – UNN).”

Merkl and Holland need to get on board and demand Putin and Russia not block U.N. peacekeepers in Donbas. They sold Ukraine out with the latest Minsk Accord and their silence as the terrorists kept up the attack of Debaltseve and their reputations are on the line if they allow Putin to block this.

What reputations? As spineless, craven, shortsighted, self-deluding fools?

You forget to mention ‘war profiteers’. They’re the biggest suppliers of offensive weapons to Russia. I think they even outdid Neville Chamberlain on that…

Indeed. “Let’s sell the Russians weapons; it will help pay for the jet fuel needed to escort their fully-loaded nuclear bombers out of the English Channel.”

It’s time for a change of faces in the decision-making room of the West. I thought that the clown faces were masks, but its becoming obvious that it goes deeper than that.
