US-Russia meeting in Saudi Arabia is not talks on Ukraine – State Department
US officials have emphasized that the upcoming meeting with Russian counterparts in Saudi Arabia is not meant to be interpreted as negotiations on Ukraine, according to State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce.
