Zelenskyy reveals US-proposed free economic zone plan for Donbas withdrawal areas
Ukraine is examining a US proposal to create a free economic zone with special legal and tax regimes in parts of Donbas where troops would withdraw, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Bloomberg, calling the format "difficult but fair."
