Sybiha on massive strike: Russia hit Ukraine as peace talks began in UAE
The attack on the night of 24 January hit Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv, targeting energy facilities and residential areas. In Kharkiv, the number of wounded rose to 27, including a 12-year-old boy. Russians also struck the Roshen confectionery factory in Kyiv, killing one woman.
