Olga Chiriac

Dr. Olga Chiriac is a senior defense advisor based in Berlin and leads the Europe Program at the Irregular Warfare Initiative, a joint project of West Point's Modern War Institute and Princeton's Empirical Studies of Conflict Project. She is a visiting professor at the University of Bucharest's Research Institute.
