Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two Russian border patrol ships, two Be-12 amphibious aircraft, and a multiple launch rocket system overnight on 21 February, the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces reported.
The patrol ships, identified as Project 22460 "Okhotnik"-class vessels, were hit near the city of Inkerman in occupied Crimea. "Target strikes have been confirmed. The scale of damage is being verified," the General Staff said.
In a separate strike in Yevpatoriia, two Be-12 aircraft were hit on the grounds of the Yevpatoriia Aircraft Repair Plant, according to the General Staff.
Additionally, Ukrainian units struck a Russian Tornado-S multiple launch rocket system near the settlement of Astrakanka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the military reported.
"Enemy losses and the final scale of the inflicted damage are being verified," the General Staff stated.
Ukraine's defense forces struck a Russian Project 22460 Okhotnik patrol ship with drones as it was operating near an oil and gas extraction platform in the Caspian Sea in December 2025. OSINT analysts from the "Kiberboroshno" project suggested the target was a Project 22460 "Okhotnik" patrol ship, specifically the border guard ship "Rasul Gamzatov." However, today's strike is notable because two ships were hit simultaneously in Crimea itself, near Sevastopol.
