His proposal included $500 billion in Lend-Lease assistance, Ukraine's NATO and EU membership, and using frozen Russian assets for reconstruction. The plan proposed Crimea's demilitarization but did not address the return of occupied territories. Trump continues evaluating administration candidates ahead of the 20 January 2025 inauguration.
