The number of casualties from a Russian air strike on Zaporizhzhia increased to 32 injured and one fatality as of the evening of 1 October, according to Governor Ivan Fedorov.
Russian military launched an airstrike on the city of Zaporizhzhia on 1 October with six aerial bombs. According to local authorities, the enemy targeted residential areas and infrastructure facilities.
According to the Governor, among the 32 injured are 9, 10, and 12-year-old children.
Rescue workers have completed search and rescue operations at all affected addresses, the emergency services report.
