As President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych issued a secret decree providing his predecessor, Viktor Yushchenko, with three advisers, two assistants (including Press Secretary, Iryna Vannikova), four chauffeurs, a security guard, two chambermaids, and several waiters and cooks.
