In response to a new fundraising campaign of Russia's International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets urged the organization to exclude Russia. The campaign was aimed to collect donations for families of Russian soldiers who fought in Ukraine.
"International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in Russia supports mobilization announced by Russian President Putin. The organization takes the additional responsibility for its funding and consequently supports the bloody war," he said.
