EU provided EUR 2 billion of macro-financial assistance for Ukraine


According to Ukraine's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine received EUR 2 billion from the EU today, bringing the total financial aid of the EU for Ukraine to EUR 4.2 billion.

He also said that the money will help to cover current urgent and social budget expenditures. EUR 3 billion more are expected within the current 5 billion package aid. The Prime Minister thanked all partners for the provided assistance.
