European solidarity becomes technology for Kyiv. The Radarom support campaign for Ukraine, initiated by Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT, has once again brought together three active civil society organizations, which have announced a new large-scale fundraising drive for cutting-edge defense technologies for Ukrainian troops.

This is already the fourth Radarom solidarity campaign, running from 9 February to 24 February 2026. Organizers are urging citizens to support Ukrainian soldiers as technological superiority on the battlefield becomes decisive.

Millions that work at front: previous Radarom and results

Earlier in Lithuania, as part of the Radarom! campaign marking the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion, more than €5.7 million was raised.

These funds were directed toward supplying Ukraine with drones and counter-drone systems that are already being used at the front for reconnaissance, unit protection, and countering Russian attacks.

The future of warfare is already here

Blue/Yellow co-founder Jonas Ohman, Laisvės TV founder Andrius Tapinas, and Strong Together initiative founder Edmundas Jakilaitis are calling on people throughout February to “make a donation for the benefit of the soldiers who are fighting for the freedom of Ukraine and European freedom.”

The fundraising effort is focused on combat robotic systems, including tracked robots equipped with machine-gun turrets featuring AI-based target detection and recognition systems.

In addition, the funds are planned to be used for:

  • electronic warfare and reconnaissance systems;
  • robots for casualty evacuation and cargo transport;
  • drone and reconnaissance battle management platforms;
  • long-range drones and interceptors for enemy UAVs.

The cost of a single set of robotic systems can reach up to €250,000.

The organizers stress that the list of equipment is not final, as defense technologies are evolving rapidly, and robotic units will be formed based on the real needs of Ukrainian forces.
