On the morning of 17 March, Russian troops shelled the village of Buhayivka in the Vovchansk district of Kharkiv Oblast, targeting civilian infrastructure.
Russian forces have repeatedly committed war crimes by attacking hospitals, maternity hospitals, and outpatient clinics with missiles, drones, and artillery.
The attack destroyed an emergency medical center and damaged ambulances, Oleh Syniehubov, head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported.
According to Syniehubov, a 36-year-old paramedic and a 56-year-old ambulance driver were injured in the shelling.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have shelled approximately 15 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast and carried out air bomb strikes on two more, causing destruction.
