In the early hours of November 30, Russian troops simultaneously fired six S-300 surface-to-air missiles in their secondary ground-attack role, targeting the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk Oblast, according to Ukraine’s Internal Affairs Minister Ihor Klymenko.

The district’s settlements of Pokrovsk, Novohrodivka, and Myrnohrad were hit. The attack killed at least one and injured 10 other civilians, according to Klymenko.
The initial report suggested that ten civilians were injured, including four children in the attacked district. Five more people were likely remaining trapped under the rubble. The attack damaged one apartment block and nine detached houses, a police office, cars and garages.
Ukraine’s Air Force reported that Russian attacked Donetsk Oblast with a total of eight missiles.
Later the State Emergency Service reported that in Novohrodivka, rescuers have pulled the body of a man from the rubble of a residential house hit in the Russian missile attack, at least five more were injured in the settlement, with four more remaining under the rublle, including a child.
The frontline runs across the entire Donetsk Oblast and the region’s cities and villages are frequently targeted by Russian artillery and missiles, injuring civilians and damaging the local infrastructure.
