Ukrainian Air Forces, as reported on their Telegram channel, successfully destroyed eight out of nine drones launched by Russia during the night of November 26.
Details reveal that assailants targeted from the southeast direction (Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia) with 9 "Shahed" strike UAVs. Ukrainian anti-aircraft defenses eliminated 8 hostile UAVs of the "Shahed-131/136" type. The night of November 26 witnessed the activation of anti-aircraft defenses in the suburbs of Kyiv.
The Kyiv City Military Administration, through its Telegram source, stated, "Anti-aircraft defenses are active in the suburbs of Kyiv. Danger persists. Seek shelter!" At 3:45 AM Ukrainian Air Forces announced the elimination of the threat posed by strike UAVs across all regions.
Previously, during the night of November 25, Russia released a record-breaking 75 strike UAVs over Ukraine, with 74 successfully intercepted.
