400 civilians die each week in Mariupol after Russia destroys healthcare in city, partisans say

According to Ukrainian partisans, the healthcare system in the occupied city of Mariupol has been completely destroyed by Russian troops, leading to a devastating toll of over 400 deaths per week.

The Ukraine National Resistance Center confirms that the death toll in Mariupol is 2.6 times higher than during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, occupation authorities in Mariupol are forcibly directing doctors and medical personnel to treat wounded Russian soldiers, leaving civilians without access to essential medical help. Despite these challenges, some dedicated specialists continue to provide medical care to civilians who do not possess the required Russian passports, which have been made obligatory in the city.
