The US and Japan appear to have found a workaround to enable the TNT explosives sale from Japan to the US, Reuters writes, referring to its sources.
The US is seeking to secure supplies of TNT in Japan for 155mm artillery shells. Reportedly, an industrial TNT will be exported to the US, which is considered not a military good but a dual purpose product.
