Gunfire and several explosions were reported near the town of Dzhankoi in the north of occupied Crimea. According to local media, Russian air defense units shot down a drone.
At bout 11:00 p.m. on 20 March, the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported that Russian сruise missiles "Kalibr-NK" were destroyed in a blast in Dzhankoi city in Crimea when they were transported by rail.
"Kalibr NK" missiles are designed for a launch from naval assets of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. The range of these weapons is more than 2,500 thousand kilometers for ground targets and more than 375 kilometers for sea targets.
