Russian occupiers launched a rocket attack on a medical facility in Kupiansk city, Kharkiv Oblast. Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported.
An anesthesiologist was killed, and a nurse was injured.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, the building is almost completely destroyed. Rescuers and law enforcement agencies are working on the spot.
