In Balakliya which was liberated by Ukrainian soldiers on 8 September, electricity and water supply infrastructure had been damaged as a result of Russian attacks, Balakliya Acting Mayor, City Council Secretary Oksana Bondar said.
In her words, those who left Balakliya during the Russian occupation are recommended to wait for at least a week before returning home, UkrInform reported.
