Ukraine has eight to ten weeks left to organize a large-scale counterattack, Estonian Major General Veiko-Vello Palm said on ETV. He added that Russian forces continue to advance, so it cannot be said that they have been decisively stopped anywhere, and with the autumn approaching, it will be difficult to organize an offensive.
