Russian occupation authorities in Kherson Oblast form parallel regional administrations 

Russian invaders claimed that they did not recognize the administrative-territorial system of Ukraine and announced the creation of so-called “municipal districts” in Kherson Oblast.

Thus, on 15 August, Deputy of Servant of the People’s Party Vadym Sadulayiv was appointed as the head of the non-existent administration Velykolepetynskyi region, Investigator reported.
