Speaking to Ukrainska Pravda, acting commander of Azov Regiment Mykyta Nadtochiy said that a Shmel thermobaric flamethrower to kill Ukrainian POWs in Olenivka prison, on Russian-occupied territory.
"In a second, oxygen is completely burned out, and a person burns in a matter of seconds...It was simoly planned. This is evidenced by the fact that not a single worker of the colony was injured there, which is impossible... You saw the video - there are buildings standing nearby, they have intact windows. That's impossible [in the case of a missile strike]. The blast wave from a projectile or rocket does not leave windows intact when the buildings are so close," he said of the Russian allegation that the prison was struck by Ukrainian-operated HIMARS MLRS.
