A mandatory evacuation of civilians from the Ukrainian-controlled area of Donetsk Oblast began today.The irst train with 136 passengers arrived in Kropyvnytskyi this morning. "Women, children, elderly, many ppl w/ reduced mobility. Everyone was met, accommodated," UA Deputy PM Iryna Vereshchuk informed.
