The successful first stage of e-declarations of assets was a real turning point in the anti-corruption reforms in Ukraine. A major factor behind the success of this reform was its necessity for the initiation of visa-free travel between Ukraine and the EU.

Ukraine has implemented the conditions needed for liberalization. Any new additional conditions that will emerge should be viewed as an artificial delay.
In this appeal, Ukrainian civic organizations address EU countries and EU institutions, calling on them to launch the necessary procedures to waive visas and warn that any additional hesitation will undermine Ukrainian reforms, as the EU will be seen as an unreliable partner. It is also available in Ukrainian and French.
