An armoured unit of the Russian troops, which includes up to 30 pieces of hardware, has arrived in the area near Debaltseve, the coordinator of the Information resistance group, Dmytro Tymchuk, has said.
According to Tymchuk, terrorists continue to form an artillery unit in Donetsk. Militants also gather near Telmanove and Volnovakha (both in Donetsk Oblast).
Earlier a tank, 18 infantry fighting vehicles and two dozens of lorries arrived in the area of Izvaryne from Russia. Two Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, several APCs and almost 50 lorries were redeployed back to Russia. Members of terrorists groups are being sent to Russia in order for them to undergo training at special centres of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU). Then they should return to Ukraine as members of subversive and reconnaissance groups.
