The Open Dialog Foundation was established in Poland in 2009. The Foundation works to support democratisation processes and liberalisation of internal policy in the post-Soviet area, especially Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, by observing, analyzing, and cooperating with politicians, as well as coordinating assistance programmes for prisoners and political refugees.
