On 8 September, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Irpin, which had been 1 month under Russian occupation, Kyiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleksii Kuleba informed.
"Mr. Blinken saw the results of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine with his own eyes - broken cars, traces of shelling, destroyed residential buildings. No image in the world can show what all the horrors of the war which Russian troops brought in Ukraine really are," Kuleba said.
