Ukraine's Defense Intelligence has released data on 21 Russian enterprises involved in the development and production of unmanned systems that Moscow uses in its war against Ukraine. The War&Sanctions portal, tracking those involved in Russia's aggression, has published the information in the “aggressor’s military-industrial complex” section.
According to the agency, the experience Russia gains under combat conditions can be copied by its allies, such as Iran and North Korea, and applied in new wars against the world.
Cargo drones Svarog and FPV drones Veles
Among the updated enterprises are several key drone developers:
- LLC “Agency of Digital Development” — developer and manufacturer of cargo UAVs Svarog, which were used by the Russian Marine Corps to supply occupation forces on islands in the Dnipro delta (Kherson Oblast).
- Enterprises of the Aero-Hit group — producers of FPV drones Veles, owned by the so-called Russian senator from temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast, Konstantin Basyuk, and state-funded.
- KB “Microb” — developer of the FPV drone series of the same name. JSC “Ploshchad” provides autopilot and machine vision systems for them.
Blacklists and future risks: why world should not wait
Ukraine's Defense Intelligence emphasizes that these enterprises should be included in blacklists for responsible businesses, financial institutions, and export control in free-world countries.
Currently, more than half of these companies are not under sanctions, allowing the aggressor to obtain technologies, components, and financing freely.
“Sanctions pressure on the aggressor and enforcement of the sanctions regime must be strengthened," the agency claims.
The experience the Russian army and weapons manufacturers are gaining today on the battlefield in Ukraine can be used by Russian allies tomorrow, Ukraine's Intelligence adds.
