Ukrainian defense forces struck the Sheskharis oil terminal in Novorossiysk in the early hours of 25 November using drones and missiles, according to the General Staff. Russian authorities responded by cutting mobile internet across the city during the raid.
Earlier today, Euromaidan Press reported successful Ukrainian strikes on Russian aviation-related assets in Russia's Taganrog last night. The military said there were a total of five targets in the air assault across Russia’s Black Sea region.

Ukrainian strike damages Novorossiysk oil infrastructure
The General Staff reported that Ukrainian forces successfully hit fuel infrastructure at the Sheskharis maritime oil terminal. Preliminary data indicates damage to oil stands — equipment used for loading and unloading tankers. Sheskharis, one of Russia’s largest oil export terminals, handles up to 39.9 million tons annually. The General Staff described the attack as part of efforts to degrade Russia’s military and economic potential.
The operation was carried out jointly by units from several Ukrainian defense and security agencies, including the Armed Forces. Neptune cruise missiles, Bars jet-powered drones, and unmanned aerial vehicles were all used in the strike.
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium later confirmed that one of its buildings at the terminal had been hit. Photos circulated by Russian sources showed visible damage to the structure.
Coordinated attack hits eastern Black Sea coast
The overnight attack began late on 24 November and targeted multiple cities in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, including Novorossiysk, Sochi, and Gelendzhik, according to Russian Telegram channels. Explosions were also heard in Russian-occupied Crimea around the same time.
Militarnyi said Russia's air defense systems attempted to intercept the incoming drones and missiles. In at least one instance, eyewitness footage showed a Russian air defense missile crashing into a residential building:
To counter Ukrainian drone navigation and limit civilian reporting, Russian authorities shut down mobile internet in Novorossiysk during the operation.
Five objects were targeted
The General Staff and SBS commander Brovdi said the overnight operation involved coordinated strikes by his drone units together with the Special Operations Forces, SBU, military intelligence (HUR), border guards, and other components of Ukraine’s long-range strike capability.
Brodvi shared a video, showing some footage from the drones attacking Taganrog, Tuapse, and Novorossiysk, and the compilation of clips of the attacks, shared by the locals.
According to his report, the following Russian sites were targeted:
- The Beriev Aviation Plant (TANTK) in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast — a facility used for servicing Russia’s A-50 long-range radar surveillance aircraft and other aviation assets.
- A-50 aircraft or possibly an experimental A-60 plane — Brovdi said that, according to operational data, at least three A-50 aircraft and one Tu-95MS bomber were undergoing repairs at the time of the strike at this location.
- The Atlant Aero plant in Taganrog — a manufacturer of Molniya strike-reconnaissance drones and electronic warfare systems.
- The Sheskharis oil terminal in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai — Brovdi reported that Ukrainian forces targeted oil transfer stands and a launcher from an S-400 air defense system at the facility.
- The Tuapse oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai — a key refinery on the Black Sea coast with an annual capacity of up to 12 million tons.
Euromaidan Press could not independently confirm that all of the listed targets were successfully hit.
