Russia occupied Bohdanivka and advanced near Chasiv Yar, Novokalynove and Tonenke, the analysts of the Deep State project reported.

Russian occupying forces are attacking the area of Vyymka, the analysts reported. A video, released recently showed an unsuccessful attempt to take back part of the village from Russian troops.

According to the Deep State analysts, the Russian military continues to attack with infantry and vehicle infiltration on Chasiv Yar. “Some occupants are reaching the canal but cannot gain a foothold yet,” said the report.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense said intense fighting for Bohdanivka in the Bakhmut sector continues. At night, Russian assault groups reached the northern outskirts of the city. However, Bohdanivka is now under the control of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

Deep State analysts also reported that the situation in Ivanivske is stable, the Russians do not have full control over the village.

Russian occupation forces reportedly captured Pervomaiske in the Donetsk Oblast on 9 April. The battle for the village, where 2,000 people lived before the full-scale war, lasted a year and a half.
