The General Staff of Ukraine's armed forces reported on possible preparation of Russians for a provocation at the Zaporizhzhia NPP. Reportedly, foreign objects resembling explosives were placed on the roof of units 3 and 4 of the nuclear power plant.
According to the General Staff, their detonation should not damage power units, but could create a picture of shelling from Ukraine. Russian telegram channels and mass media misinform about this.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine do not violate international humanitarian law, monitor and control the situation and are ready to act under any circumstances. Not a single enemy provocation will be tolerated,” Ukraine’s General Staff says.
