The Kharkiv police discovered another torture chamber of the Russian occupiers in the liberated Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine's National Police reported.
The police found another torture chamber in the cellar, where locals were kept in inhumane conditions. People were intimidated, beaten and abused.
Earlier, Ukraine's Security Service reported about other torture chambers in liberated Kharkiv Oblast.
