As reported by the NGO Human rights council of Ukraine Pereselenec.com.ua, Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi District Court established the legal fact that on 6 October 2014 a woman living in Ukraine’s Luhansk Oblast was forced to involuntarily relocate from her home as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation. The relevant court decision was adopted on 24 November 2015 and a few days ago its text was published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions of Ukraine.
