In Russia a person publicly washed his faced with 'blood' on a Ukrainian flag. The man symbolically washed his face with red liquid on a Ukrainian flag. He placed the Ukrainian flag on the ground in front of the FSB building, kneeled down and started to put the red liquid, symbolizing blood, on his face.
The police approached him immediately.
