Despite the fact that the magazine published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him!), which certainly offends the religious feelings of Muslims, such incidents must be resolved in a civilized manner within the legal framework of each country".

    January 7 – 630115 people were relocated from temporarily occupied territory and ATO area to other regions – 610174 persons left Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and 19941 left Crimea and Sevastopol.
