15 листопада відбудеться конференція Global Maidan, на якій експерти в галузі журналістики, комедії, кінематографії, фандрейзингу, і соціальних медіа поділяться із громадськими активістами секретами небанального донесення ідей до ширшої аудиторії. Особливий наголос буде поставлений на тому, як не втратити увагу західних аудиторії до теми війни в Україні. Вона відбудеться в Нью-Йорку з 12 по 17:00 в Українському Музеї і організована в честь першої річниці Євромайдану. Організатори: Digital Maidan, Razom for Ukraine, Vann Alexandra, EuroMaidanPress, Babylon 13, та Український Музей. Вона поєднає широкий спектр доповідачів, що рокажуть громадським активістам про секрети фандрейзингу, як застосовувати принципи комедії для того, щоби освітлювати далеко не комічні теми, і про інновації в медіа активізмі. Окрім того, конференція включає бліц-курс кінематографії.

Серед доповідачів: чарівниця краудфандингу Алекс Далі, яка нещодавно назбирала $80 000 за один день для одного зі своїх клієнтів; письменник комедійного жанру Мередіт Скардіно, призер нагороди Еммі (сценарист передач  The Colbert Report; The Late Show with David Letterman), кінематографіст Дженні Халпер. January 24 – Representative of Ukraine to the EU, Ambassador Kostiantyn Yelisieiev has stated that there is a need for an emergency meeting of the European Council and Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament. "In connection with today's attack on Mariupol by the militants and as part of démarche addressed to High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, the Representative of Ukraine to the EU Kostiantyn Yelisieiev has urged the EU to provide a resolute assessment of further deterioration of the situation in eastern Ukraine, amid an actual refusal of the militants to adhere to Minsk Agreements". Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has also issued a statement saying that such an attack on Mariupol along with attacks in Volnovakha and Donetsk provide the evidence needed to recognize so-called People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk as terrorist organizations.

January 24 – ATO forces have killed 265 militants in the last 24 hours, – stated the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak during a meeting of the operations center under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk regarding the situation in Mariupol. Disabled also were 14 tanks, 43 armored combat vehicles, 14 MLRS "Grad" and "Uragan", 28 self-propelled guns, 19 vehicles of the enemy.

January 24 – Terrorists of the "People's Republic of Donetsk" have attacked densely populated areas of the city of Mariupol. The time of the attack they selected was also to ensure a large number of victims among city residents. Three MLRS "Grad" released full service rounds aiming at the city – overall 120 rounds. 27 were killed and approximately 100 injured.

March 9: Tusk: “Putin would like to control all of Ukraine, but the EU doesn’t understand it”

March 9 – Key challenges holding back the resolution of Ukrainian-Russian crisis is that Europeans do not believe in a military threat and think that diplomatic leverage over Putin is possible, – said the President of the European Council Donald Tusk: "Putin would like to control all of Ukraine, but the EU doesn't understand it. Enough with illusions, the EU is not ready for tougher sanctions.

March 9 – The militants are renewing combat effectiveness of their units, trying to learn more about combat environment and the location of Ukrainian units; they are also accumulating weapons, ammunition and military equipment along the boundary line, – informed NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko.
