Онлайн-конференція Global Maidan для медіа-активістів 15 листопада

15 листопада відбудеться конференція Global Maidan, на якій експерти в галузі журналістики, комедії, кінематографії, фандрейзингу, і соціальних медіа поділяться із громадськими активістами секретами небанального донесення ідей до ширшої аудиторії. Особливий наголос буде поставлений на тому, як не втратити увагу західних аудиторії до теми війни в Україні. Вона відбудеться в Нью-Йорку з 12 по 17:00 в Українському Музеї і організована в честь першої річниці Євромайдану. Організатори: Digital Maidan, Razom for Ukraine, Vann Alexandra, EuroMaidanPress, Babylon 13, та Український Музей. Вона поєднає широкий спектр доповідачів, що рокажуть громадським активістам про секрети фандрейзингу, як застосовувати принципи комедії для того, щоби освітлювати далеко не комічні теми, і про інновації в медіа активізмі. Окрім того, конференція включає бліц-курс кінематографії.

Серед доповідачів: чарівниця краудфандингу Алекс Далі, яка нещодавно назбирала $80 000 за один день для одного зі своїх клієнтів; письменник комедійного жанру Мередіт Скардіно, призер нагороди Еммі (сценарист передач  The Colbert Report; The Late Show with David Letterman), кінематографіст Дженні Халпер.     January 7 – The crime committed in Paris today is a shock to entire European Muslim community, – said Mufti of Religious Administration of Muslims of Ukraine Said Ismagilov: "On behalf of Muslims of Ukraine I express my sympathy to the families of journalists killed at Charlie Hebdo. Despite the fact that the magazine published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him!), which certainly offends the religious feelings of Muslims, such incidents must be resolved in a civilized manner within the legal framework of each country".

    January 7 – 630115 people were relocated from temporarily occupied territory and ATO area to other regions – 610174 persons left Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and 19941 left Crimea and Sevastopol.
